Hi, I’m Andrea.
I’m a Brazilian gal, living in Virginia, in a lovely townhouse with the sweetest guy and our adopted kitten Aeris, who’s a handful. I’m a lover of all things sparkly and polka-dots. And let’s not get started on bows.
I’m a graphic designer and illustrator, who is currently out of her field, but looking for a creative outlet to all her musings and artistic endeavours.
This is where I share my passion for art, calligraphy, DIY projects, my faith, and daily happenings. I hope to encourage and inspire others to find their voice, and to look at the bright side of life. To see blessings in each lovely thing in their lives.
Hope you join me on my quest to living a creative life, navigating marriage, and rekindling my love for paint and brushes.

Andrea,
Just wanted to say thanks for stopping by..:) Just checking out your blog now..I like how you capture the beauty all around you. It is so easy to look at the “lack” in life..but it is truly an art and a blessing to see all the good, and all the beauty (each lovely thing!) around us. ;) Thanks for being another voice to point to the Beauty.
Blessings,
Rebekah

Hi Andrea, nice to meet you. You are blessed indeed to consider everything around you to be lovely. It’s always all lovely as we choose to see it that way. So sad that most people don’t most of the time.
Thank you for following our blog. I hope you enjoy the stories of our journey, both inner and outer. And do please feel free to join the conversation. Cheers, Alison

Adorable blog! And your photo of your husband and you…even more adorable! So glad you stopped by my blog because I am thrilled to be following your adventures as well. Oh and I don’t mind the bi-lingual one bit. I went to Brazil a few years ago and I picked up some Portuguese. LOL, let’s see how far I get reading yours ;)

Hello Andrea, Nice to meet you! I love your about me page, the photo is so adorable! You dress is gorgeous as well! I have recently become interested in learning calligraphy and adding that to my artist pallet! It is so much fun creating different letters and writing beautifully!
