Blogging BFFs

This has been an up and coming blog post. Blogging is, and should be, all about the community. The beautiful, inspiring community of like minded gals. That was the main reason why I started blogging in the first place. One of the groups I’m part of, came up with an idea of a blogging BFF.

A blogging Bff is essentially a pen pal. Someone who has similar likes, dislikes, and styles as I do. Someone with whom you’d develop a friendship.

I never really knew what to expect from it. How we would be paired, with whom, and for what reasons.

And then. The list was in. I found my blogging Bffs. yup. Friends.

I was one of the lucky ones to be paired with 2 beautiful, inspiring gals.

Ladies and gentleman, meet miss Brooke and Brittany!

Brooke blogs over at the Pink Lyme. She’s a sweetheart, and very on point with her fashion sense. We started a whatsapp group and I feel like she truly is the life of the party. She’s a college student, writer, future entrepreneur and brand ambassador. She’s going places!

Brittany has two adorable dogs, is a lawyer and gets to enjoy her life in the south. She is also very on point with her style, and blogs over at The Lady Lawyer. We got her to download whatsapp and I can’t wait to see how the three of us will interact in the coming months.

For our first gift swap we decided to focus on office supplies. I know, some may be thinking that’s boring. But oh, my God. These ladies knocked it out of the park.

Miss Brooke surprised me with these.

By now I hope you know how much I love polka dots. And gold. And can I say it took all my willpower not to open that list?! I’m dying to write down my life on that. I have a feeling I’ll try to force everything into the now slot, because I’m terrified of not finishing up projects. haha

 

Lady Brittany (that’s how I’ve come to think of her), somehow knew of my flower obsessions. I mean,  look at that clipboard! I love love all the stationary and I can’t wait to put it to good use.

 

I also have an obsessions with lists (I mean, doesn’t everyone?) So these guys are the best things I could’ve asked for!

 

I look forward to having theses ladies over here more often. Please go check their blogs out, and send them love from me. We are cooking up a getting to know me post for them, so I’m really excited.

 

Sorry about how quiet it’s been here for the past week. This week was a big one, and more will come on that on a couple days. Until then, know I’m back! And things are looking up!
